Booking & Deposits
- A booking fee may be required to secure your appointment. This booking fee is non-refundable but will be credited toward your treatment.
- Appointments can be made via phone, WhatsApp, online booking system, or in person.
- Please double-check your appointment details when booking to ensure accuracy.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
- Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your booking fee or a cancellation fee.
- No-shows will be charged the full cost of the booked service.
Late Arrivals
- Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to relax and prepare for your treatment.
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting the next client, and a cancellation fee may apply.
Group Bookings & Special Events
- Group appointments or special event bookings may require a larger booking fee or full prepayment. Please contact us directly to arrange.
Changing Services
- If you wish to change your selected service at the time of your appointment, please let us know in advance. We may not be able to accommodate major changes without notice.
